OpenServe is only an Infrastructure Service ('under ground cable provider') which is very stable indeed in Zimbali from experience. You as the end client engage with a Services Provider ('the touch and feel company') like that of Telkom, Afrihost, Coolweb, the list goes on. When you engage with these Service Providers they give you options to use a certain Infrastructure Provider,  in our case it's seems OpenServe is on point. Note: The Service Provider you engage with is crucial since the after sales technical support and issue resolution is important. Does the Service Provider of your choice give you access to App or Whatsapp service fault reporting or similar features ? Something to consider.
